Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Klick Sprout, we strive to deliver the highest quality services and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans may change, so we’ve created this Cancellation & Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.
Service Cancellations
Before Project Commencement:
Clients may cancel their service request before the project begins. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if payment was made in advance).
After Project Commencement:
Once work has started, cancellations will be subject to partial refunds depending on the stage of progress and the resources invested. Administrative or consultation fees may be non-refundable.
Ongoing/Subscription Services:
For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if the cancellation request is made in accordance with the terms above.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as custom strategies, audits, or partially delivered digital campaigns may not be eligible for full refunds due to the effort and time invested.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
No-Show or Non-Response
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days after project initiation, Klick Sprout reserves the right to close the project. In such cases, payments already made will not be refundable.
Modifications & Adjustments
Instead of cancellations, clients may request modifications or rescheduling of services. Klick Sprout will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, provided they do not conflict with ongoing commitments.
